The Lakeside Centre offers a tranquil space in an architecturally stunning, waterside building. This flexible, affordable space is ideal for conferences, meetings, events, team-building activities, private parties and health and wellbeing activities. It can accommodate up to 60 people theatre style. 

The space can be hired as a whole room (Otter) or separated into two smaller rooms (Hedgehog and Harvest Mouse).

A projector and Wi-fi are available.

Please note that due to Covid-19, the following restrictions will apply:

• Our room seats up to 17 delegates including any trainers, socially distanced
• Tables will only be available for groups of up to 10 to sit individually. Groups of more than 10 will be chairs only and clipboards will be provided
• All tables & chairs will be set at a social distance and must remain in those positions throughout
• The room is available from 9.30am - 4.30pm or any time in-between
• Face coverings must be worn
• There will be no access to kitchen facilities or any other internal spaces
• External toilet facilities

Kingfisher Barn Commercial Full Day

The Kingfisher Barn is the ideal venue for team meetings and small conferences, and the High Hill Field is a great space for corporate events. 

The meeting room within Kingfisher Barn is five metres by seven and a half metres in size, equipped with a projector, screen, whiteboard and flipchart and can accommodate approximately:

• 17 delegates horse-shoe style arrangement
• 20 delegates boardroom style arrangement
• 20 delegates cabaret style arrangement
• 28 delegates theatre style arrangement

Availability

Please note, the Kingfisher Barn is not available during the school holidays.

The Hide - Commercial Full Day

Need some info in here. This is the text that was on The Kingfisher Barn as an example:

This cosy five metres by seven metres space can accommodate up to 25 people seated around tables and is available to book at weekends.

It is equipped with a sink, kettle, microwave and a fridge. We provide cups for you to use but please bring any other crockery or cookware that you need on the day.

It is situated close to the visitors centre and children’s play area at the park. The key is available from the Information Desk in the Woodland Café and a free parking permit will be given to the person making the booking.

Please note that:

• Full Hire Charge is payable on booking and additional charges will apply if hire overruns or extra cleaning is necessary
• Hirers should vacate the room by 4pm
• Bags of rubbish may be placed in the Eurobins next to the Woodland Café (please bring your own rubbish bags)
• Hirers should not use sellotape to attach decorations to the fabric of the building.
• The gates to the Country Park are locked by a security guard at:
• 8:30 pm from 1st April to 30th September
• 6:30 pm from 1st October to 31st March
• Cancellation of a booking will incur the following charges:
  • More than 14 days’ notice: no charge
  • 7-14 days’ notice: 50% hire charge
  • Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the Hire Charge
